Team

A lean core team with complementary specialist depth.

Tiravera SL is the company delivery structure for direct clients and partner-led work across EAM, operational data, workflows, interfaces and practical AI.

The core team combines integration and solution architecture with EAM data, reporting, operational analysis and AI readiness. Partner capacity is added when a project genuinely needs more people, languages or specialist depth.

Core team

Specialist roles, shared delivery accountability.

Tiravera should not read like a generic agency. The team is built around the practical overlap between systems, data and people who use them.

Lukas Paul Streiff

Lukas Paul Streiff

Founder, Integration & Solution Architect

Integrator between people, processes and software systems - with a focus on EAM, interfaces, custom logic, automation, practical AI and ML-ready operational data flows.

Julia Streiff

Julia Streiff

EAM Data, Reporting & AI Readiness Specialist

Specialist for EAM data, evaluations, reporting and the operational structures behind reliable dashboards, AI-ready foundations, decisions and automation.

Role depth

What each specialist angle contributes.

Lukas Paul: integration and solution architecture

Lukas Paul connects human workflows and software systems. He leads work around EAM integration, interfaces, system boundaries, SQL/FlexSQL, JavaScript, automation logic, AI guardrails, ML-ready data flows and the practical translation of operational pain into buildable solutions.

Lukas Paul: applied ML in operational context

His ML angle is applied and operational: identifying realistic ML candidates, clarifying source data and feature boundaries, and integrating model outputs into workflows with monitoring, ownership and fallback.

Julia: EAM data, reporting and AI readiness

Julia works close to the EAM data and reporting layer: data quality, evaluations, recurring analyses, dashboards, operational reports and the day-to-day EAM structures teams need to trust. Her AI angle starts from the data reality: whether reports, classifications, work order history and source structures are reliable enough for assistants, anomaly support or AI-assisted decisions.

Together: co-delivery between systems, data and users

Together, the model joins integration, system boundaries and custom logic with EAM data quality, reporting reality, AI readiness and the people who use the outputs.

Company structure

Personal expertise, company delivery and partner capacity are distinct.

Lukas Paul Streiff

Founder, integration and solution architect. This is the visible expert role for difficult human/software handovers and system-boundary work.

Julia Streiff

EAM data, reporting and AI readiness specialist. This is the visible specialist role for data quality, evaluations, recurring analyses, dashboards and operational reporting foundations.

Tiravera SL

The company delivery structure for direct client work and partner-led delivery across EAM, data, workflows, interfaces and practical AI.

Partner network

Scalable capacity when projects need more people, language coverage or specialist depth while keeping accountability clear.

Delivery style

Operational depth without generic agency language.

The work stays close to real systems, real data, documentation, handover and the practical constraints of daily operations. Remote and hybrid delivery are standard, with on-site work where process understanding requires it.

Hands-on delivery The team works directly with workflows, system logic, data, reports and interfaces.
Clear accountability Scope, assumptions, handover and next-step backlog are made explicit.
Partner capacity when needed No fake scale; additional specialists are added only when the work genuinely needs them.
